I recently "polled" friends asking from where do they draw their stylistic inspiration. Surprisingly, the fashion icons ranged from Gracy Kelly to Halle Berry. This beautifull retro style suit has made quite the comeback. It works favorably for short girls like me. The ruching is uber femme and the high wasted bikini bottoms stop at the thinnest part of the waist; very flattering. Feminine, flattering, and retro all in one!

I followed this DIY tutorial and got the following results! Being that I cannot seem to get a perfect hemline, I used black Stitchwichery, which can be purchased at Michael's for just a few bucks, and is super simple to use. Let me know how it worked for you!
